Q: Should I say to asian girls that I dont like chinese women?
I got around 12 persons that want to learn spanish instead they will teach me chinese (language exchange, all of them are women, a few days ago I had a meeting a korean lady who is interested in study spanish , she can also speak chinese, so we were chatting nicely and at one moment of the conversation, she said to me that If I could get a chinese girldfriend my language skills could be improved faster, then I say to her: "mmmmm I dont like chinese girls, I like girls that can cook my peruvian food and for sure a chinese woman can not" after I said that I felt that she got a bit mad.
on another day , at the university my young chinese teacher hear me saying that I dont really like chinese girls , since that day she tried to ignore me.
one korean classmate , I say to her that I prefer peruvian women, she ignored me for one month.
also the young lady who attend the shop where I usually buy my food, she asked me the question, I say to her the true, since that day she treat me a bit bad.
the same with the girl who works for the landlord even my former business translator.
but for me Its simple, I dont see any advantage on having a chinese/asian girlfriend, because only a peruvian woman knows how to make a peruvian man happy.
also I know chinese men get mad when they see asian ladies with foreigners, and since Im from a third world country without any power and my skin is not white, Im pretty much alone in china , I dont want to have any trouble here. so I prefer to say the true, Im not interested in your women at all.
but since saying the true its cutting me connections I will start to use the words " maybe, why not" hehe

Peruvian men would probably also feel offended if women around the world directly said to their face that they were repulsive, considering that, like most South Americans, Peruvians partially have East Asian ancestry.
You've answered your own question. You tell a race of people that you don't find them attractive - that's thinly veiled racism. You don't fuck a whole race - you just fuck a person. Maybe it's time for you to go back to Peru before you get hairy palms.

Telling someone you find them unattractive because of their race is racism. Next time you meet a black person or a Jewish person tell them you find them unattractive because of their race. I'm sure they'll be cool with that. You can have preferences, but telling someone you find them unattractive because of their race is not only uncouth, and a bit weird but is also thoroughly xenophobic.

Honesty, an admirable trait.
Two points. 1. how you say it, 2. what they hear. It is far easier to get good with 1 than 2.
For example, say, "I prefer Peruvian girls" (and leave the part about chinese girls out). If they ask why just say, "I just do".

Did that work? 5-8 million landlords, scholars, business people.....got unearthed, and killed. You tell me if that worked. Bear in mind, these people had nothing a few decades ago, acquiring info meant getting something, also it is the basic building block of guanxi network. You got to know who to bribe, what s/he likes (chocolate? beef? cigarettes?) It has become a deeply ingrained habit.

Ok, when in China, do as the Chinese do. We Chinese will never throw things like 'I don't like you' into other people's face, instead, we do the thing called 'taiji', which means harmony. What you do is, you see it through, you don't say it out, you indicate and yet you don't hurt people's feelings.
So next time when people ask you, hey, do you want a Chinese girlfriend, just say, well, I'm not sure if my stomach is ready for the Chinese food! Instead of saying you don't like a Chinese girl, just say the reasons first. and that is the typical Chinese way of thinking.
westerners like to give the points first and then explain, but asians, we tend to explain first, then we indicate our points, which makes our points more soft and less offensive.

Why can't a Chinese woman learn to cook Peruvian food? I guess that people from Peru aren't born with the knowledge. I am sure that anyone can learn to cook it. If that is the only reason you don't like Chinese then you are crazy. If you are just not attracted to most of them you can just avoid the subject or politely turn the woman down. No need to say you think every Chinese woman you know is hideous to you.
This is a cry for attention. I did this when i was young. Blondes were popular, so I made a big deal out of liking brunettes, and made sure everybody knew. In fact, I did like blondes too.
To answer your question: Your personal preferences for partner should remain personal. If the interest from Chinese girls really doesn't affect you, there's no need to snub them in this fashion. Not liking a girl is the textbook situation where honesty is harmful, and you need to be more subtle.
Even an autistic person would realize the need for tact is this situation, so don't pretend you don't know what to do. Sure, Chinese girls are boastful and arrogant - it's part of their culture. But if you tell them they are unattractive, you are guaranteed to incite hostility.
How would you like it if a girl said: "No, I don't like latino men. They are sleazy and inferior. I like strong, virile white men, and respectable Chinese men."
Come to think of it, maybe you are just reflecting the clueless attitudes of tactless Chinese women..? If so, try to remember that we are guests in China, and more decency is expected from us.
You should warn them you are an asshole first. This gives them fair warning so they know that what is coming out of your mouth is not representative of your country. "Should I tell Asian women I find them and their race unattractive"? This guy wins tit of the month competition

Because it's not important what skin color she has, important is her body and the fact how she cooks. If she was original Chinese girl raised in Peru from beginning, who knows how to make a Peru man happy, and by chance with big breast etc., I guess he would not mind the color of her skin

As said previously, being able to cook one's home food is an idiotic, and chauvanistic (ie, sexist) mentality for choosing someone to date (let alone, something further and more serious).
Coupled with this is a complete ignorance about how humans work... humans actually 'work' together when they communicate - and the OP has shown a distinct UNwillingness to communicate. Maybe you are homosexual? I am a Caucasian and I find Chinese women to be the most sexy, beautiful women in the world and I have lived or visited 37 different countries. They can be a little hard to understand sometimes because of the cultural differences but they are very attractive as far as I am concerned.
