Q: Small cars in Shenzhen

Need Help! Do you guys know where the car resellers are located in Shenzhen? I don't want to buy a Chinese car, but also I don't have the budget for a luxurious BMW etc. I've seen the equivalent of a VW POLO here, but is it the same as in Europe? Do you know if we can try them etc?

And, yes I know about the price of the licence plates, I already got this figured Smile

Thanks for your help.

The best way to find out is to ask some Chinese friends of yours. Most expats do not buy cars in China, so they won't know where they are. That is, if there are any to begin with. As far as I know, most Chinese buy their cars brand new, they aren't interested in used cars. There's probably not much of a market for it.

I believe pretty much every car manufacture in china is a joint partnership with a chinese motor company. The only brands not to do this are Mercedes and Porsche.

So not matter which car you go for it will technically be a part Chinese car.
