If I say purity of innocence here would that be clear?  There's a certain honesty about my wife that I have never seen before. Sure I think she's beautiful and all that but when I look into her eyes I see genuine innocence.

If I am allow to use plain words, in public she is a Lady, and in private is a bitch.  And has shown many times she does cares about me.  Another thing that attracted me is that she values my opinion, and seeks advise often in how to act or respond in certain situations.  and last, she is very good looking, and honest too.

Now, on the other hand, when she rides the ebike with me, I do go crazy, because she gets upset and yells at me when I stop at traffic lights, or feuse to climb on sidewalks, or just follow normal traffic good sense. and if I go fast, she says slow down, and if I go slow, she says faster !. But otherwise, no problems. I am getting used to that by now.

I've seen Chinese women at home, but not many, my first day in China I was literally standing on a corner with my mouth open, I could not believe how beautiful the women were and how many. I like prissy women and to see women dressed nice instead of jeans was great. The girl I was going out with I met because she had a Collie and she spoke English (some). At first I thought she was younger, then she asked me to go for a beer. I asked isn't she too young and she said, Why, how old do you think I am?, That changed everything.

 We don't understand each other too often. But she's really a sweet heart, doesn't listen at all tho.

My initial attraction, was of course, looks.  I have always been drawn to petite women.

But for my the lady that became my wife, it was much more than that.  I guess the main thing was that she always puts the needs of the family ahead of the needs of herself.  I actually have to beg her sometimes to go out and buy some things for herself.

For me, I suppose the biggest attraction is that they are not interested in acting like a man.  They are very happy being the woman in a relationship.  Western women, in my opinion, have really blurred the line between what it is to be a man and what it is to be a woman.

My Chinese is 'very difficult', and her English is getting better and better, what makes papa proud. When we met few years ago, we used translator.

With mine it was her beauty, the innocence that was all over her face and her patience with me. However, my poor Chinese, then, and her unwillingness/shyness to use English to communicate with me kept us apart for close to a year from the day we first met. But after about 11 months, armed with enough vocabulary, I went after her again. Then we clicked. Have never regretted going out with her, though ours has never been a perfect relationship....I take it as a normal thing any way.

I love your post, GaoHao. Everyone that commented has said very positive things about Chinese women and I will not be the exception. I met my wife about 2 years ago and have been married to her for about 1 year. We are soul mates in everyway and married life could not be any better.

Well, she's a more... modern type of woman, but without the decadence. She's tough. She plays WoW with me. She's pretty. She's nice towards me.

Gaohao, I don't think it was too strong. It was obviously 'tongue in cheek' and I think that your writing style is not only very readable but caters favourably to my sense of humour and possibly many others as well. Keep writing.

One of the biggest things was she didn't let me lay a finger on her for the longest time, but at the same time never let me spend much money on her. To be honest, I wasn't really into her she was way to sensible and mature for me, I was always a guy down for fast women or super-career oriented type psycho chicks. But, even though I wasn't all head over heels for her, I knew she was a quality person, so I decided to stay with her for awhile... she really grew on me and then eventually everything just felt right. It's a really old school way to look at it I know. But it worked for me, I love her to death.
