Q: So who agrees the girls in the south are sexier than those up north?
I'm living up in Beijing, and the Chinese friends/people I've met always tell me the ladies down south are better than those up in the north. I've been to Chengdu and Hunan and I agree. Has anyone been around China and have their official scientific opinion they'd like to contribute?
I live in Nanning and the girls here are pretty damn good. Beijing doesn't rate as far as I am concerned, Shanghai lot's of great women but a lot with attitude as well, Xiamen seemed pretty good when I was there. My favourite city for the girls so far has to be Chengdu.

Generally speaking,there are some stereotypes about the girls from different areas.
1) Girls in Sichuan province and Chongqing are famous for their smooth skins.Because the climate there is very humid,they have a lot of spice in food and this is the reason they are "hot",both "sex" and "temper" aspects.There is a saying"Do NOT go to Sichuan when you are young,Do not leave Sichuan when you are old".It has been regarded as "heaven" in the past 1000 years.
2)Three provinces in Northeast also have pretty girls.They have carved figures and taller than girls in other districts.They have good sense of humor too.
3)"Jiangnan" is another word you have to pay attention when talking about Chinese girls.It includes Zhejiang,Jiangsu and Anhui provinces as well as Shanghai.Their traditional characters are well educated and soft. Chinese like to compare them to water.The famous writer Pearl Buck who won a Nobel award grew up here.
4)Hunan and Hubei provinces.There girls are well known for their temper....Sorry I dont want a cup of tea in police station so I cant tell you a sensitive affair here...

generally speaking i find like 1% of the girls in china attractive (no offense, probably my personal taste)
My wife is sexy even if she travels to the north. She is a southern girl though.
I saw really gorgeous women in Gangzhou. In Beijing I saw them but more chunky women that any where else. I spent most of my time in Guilin. I'd say I thought way more than 60% of the women were attractive, even the ugly ones are cute. It amazed me that I saw so many women that looked like they could be my girl friend's sisters. I wonder what the Chinese inbreeding coefficient is ? I wouldn't say my GF was sexy.

Inbreeding in animals is used to fix type (looks) and isn't as bad as people generally think. All the great civilizations and some of the most brilliant people in history started from inbreeding. Mozart's family were all brilliant musicians and all cousins. Problems occur when there is too much, over lapping genes. Inbreeding is cumulative. 5000 years of it? Homozygosity.
I just noticed even though the girls in the north are usually taller, the ones down south have much better figures. Sometimes tall up here is all they got, sometimes equaling big and sasquatchy, not nice tall, know what I mean? And why do Chinese love ghost white skin? I think the southern girls with nice tanned skin and figures are way better looking than the pale and sometimes shapeless girls up in Beijing... (don't get me wrong Beijing has some nice specimens just generalizing here)

also, people think you get skin cancer at the first contact with UV rays, I am guessing to a degree where most have vitamin-D deficiency.

I prefer northern girls: longer legs, taller physique, more prominent features and a better sense of style.
I thought the girls and guys I saw up in Handan, Hebei province were some of the best looking around.
Girls/guys i've seen in Kunming and Guilin just don't compare. So my vote is for North!

Most Chinese girls are sexier in the southern reaches of their body rather than the northern reaches.
Who agrees southern girls are sexier? My guess would be 'southern girls'. My wife's southern so I guess i'm on board with the idea, but then she's had a baby since we met and her arse ain't getting no smaller. "That's no moon.....that's a space-station!"

I'd say, it depends. Every place has sexy girls more or less, that's the point.
Myself, a southern girl, people are always confused about where I am from, North or south? My height looks like I am a northern girl as I am tall, but I am slim like southern girls lol
I know some northern girls, who are not happy with their shapes and they prefer southern girl's shape.
