cos i got psycho exgf issues... shes been following me around and im not sure if I want to bother going 2 the police because you u kno how they r. im not even sure if its illegal man...

Stalking is probably not even in the law. You don't see many cases like that here. Anyways if you feel like you are being followed record it and then you'll have some hard evidence if you do decide to go to the police. Don't go to the police thinking word of mouth will suffice because it won't. You would need evidence so just record her when she's not suspecting it!(
