Hi, I have been a random but active member of this website for a couple of years now and I mostly enjoy getting China news and also bantering back and forth with members here about the various topics.  I have always enjoyed this website, perhaps 6 years or so.  I don't break the rules with spams, porn, swearing, politics, illegals, and whatnot.  Last week,  I was posting on some interracial marriage posts, without any trouble.  Around the end of last week I suddenly found I was unable to post "at this time" and no further explanation so I thought it was a website glitch.  The next morning I received a message in private about my account being blocked for sending spam, which was very strange so I started investigating about the purpose behind this.  I went to the "Help" and "Answers" section and found nothing of use.  Because I registered this account with a gmail account before and now Google is blocked in China, I updated my email over the weekend to something that is not blocked.  I read up the rules and found some emails to moderators and started sending them emails.  Each email I sent, was blocked.  Meanwhile, I couldn't post in the forums.  The other day, I came to this section and for some reason found I was able to post on a thread regarding some technical issues made by some administrator.  He did not reply me but however someone else tried to send me messages which I failed to receive.  I was able to post there and then found a way to message that administrator.... which was not replied.  At last, yesterday some customer service representative from the email cs**@echinacities.com (rest of the email deliberately blocked out for their respect) replied me and asked me for my account information, which I gave.  That person couldn't even find me in the system.  I told both my emails, the old one and new.  I even gave my password to this person, because he/she asked for it.  That person's email was sometimes blocked and the emails couldn't be sent out for some reason, like the moderators and admins as shown on the rules thread.  Finally, today I found I was once again able to post but seems not as a result of the person from cs**@echinacities.com but rather the technical glitch seems to have corrected itself.  But however, I sent a further inquiry about this to that person who told me to re-register with this website under a new name because this account doesn't even exist, that person replied simply by saying "thank you for your feedback and we will use it to better improve the website", totally ignoring my inquiries about why this person said I didn't even exist.  So what gives here people?  Who is running this website and why is it that nobody is properly trained to handle these issues well?  Are you people understaffed and if so I am offering to lend a hand for the sake of making things right.  Or do you have people who are unable to provide a good service here now, unlike when I first registered and felt this website was very professional?  Or is someone playing, hacking the database, or abusing their authorities?  My inquiries are fair to ask.  I am looking for a real reply, either here or via email, pm, wechat if you want to add me, or phone call is also ok.  I don't want simply to read "thank you and we will improve the website" without an explanation.  This is fair to ask and someone should be willing to offer it.  Thank you kindly.
