Q: That's shitty right?
My boss hired an inexperienced designer who just graduated this year and only has couple of months internship experience. My boss asked me to help her to design business name cards, I told her to not put email and phone on both side of the cards. She argued with me and I told her to just do what I said. She got mad and said then you design by yourself.
I told the boss about her attitude to cooperate, instead of firing her, he told me to tolerate with her.
One day the boss asked me to contact DHL for picking up the sample, only the assistant girl has the invoice where product information on. I asked her to change them to a commercial invoice so I can give to DHL. Instead of doing it, she shouted to me saying why should I do it? The boss is in our office. Instead of criticize her,he criticize me for why not make one by myself?
so even a new employee hates you after like one day?

think about it. Just because you are the boss, doesn't mean your are immune or even right about everything you say.
Normally there is always someone higher than you, be it the CEO or just the board.
Why not put both number and email on both sides? Chinese have this disgusting 'villager' mindset to try and impose their authority by being what I call 'petty bossy'. You set a requirement for no purpose other than to try and impose your authority on her.
Learn to work with people as opposed to trying to boss people around.

It sounds like your boss has no idea how the run an office and you have no authority over the staff under you. If he keeps undermining you then you need to find another job.

You are right, I will find another job if I still want to be en employee. But I am more interested in being self-employed. That's why I stayed. I always got my paycheck delayed but he paid after I asked many times.
How many more reasons do you need? We all know your boss sucks, so do something about it Viki... BTW it isn't professional to have contact info on BOTH sides of the card UNLESS it is in two different languages.
Otherwise, one side should be simple and have the company logo only.

I did some action, I spent 600rmb to buy a company email for starting my business development of my own.

That's good to hear.... but you got to take a few steps further and stop allowing yourself to be treated like someone that isn't valuable. If you are confident in your skills and willing to work hard, you will do fine without that stupid company.
600 RMB to buy your own company email? That's expensive though the right thing to do.

I've just checked our companies email costs. We use a U.K. based company and each email address including 5GB of webmail storage costs about 370 RMB/year including VAT.

For this UK company yes...needs a VPN...but we each have one anyway as your government also blocks DropBox where we store all our company data.

This is a re-run of your experience with the sales staff. You say you are not qualified to be a sales manager but have more experience than those who do. Now for a second time you show you do not know how to handle staff. I think the only one who is a moron in that company is your boss for putting up with you. If you acted like this in my company you would be told to get your act together fast or get the hell out.
