Is there any delivery company or post offcice in shanghai accepting (COD) cash on delivery..please help.

Shen Feng does COD and their number is 400 810 1111.  I have had no experience with them, but some of my friends claim they are good, and some claim they are bad.  The ones saying good shipped documents only and they always arrived.  The ones saying bad shipped boxes, and some arrived damaged (crushed partially). 

But if it is COD, if damaged just reject it.

Ah ok, thank you. Id like to ship only inside shanghai to my friend. Do you think they undertand english, cause i dont know chinese. Thank you very much for the response.
