Did you try with Yahoo-gle search? Omit 'meeting point' in search:

https://www.internations.org/shanghai-expats/kazakhs

I see now. I searched for Shanghai instead Shenzhen. There's nothing on web for Shenzhen.

There are plenty Kazakhs in Xinjiang. I was in Fuk, and I knew maybe 10 Kazakhs there.

You aren't going to report me to UN?

It doesn't matter, what city you search on Yahoo-gle, there's only Shanghai's meeting link available and 'No Chinese visa for Kazakh nationals entering Xinjiang'.
