I've heard of Osha before but its meaning was Occupational, Safety, Hazard and Awareness......that was for people who were gonna work in an environment with a lot of possible dangers. If you go to Hong Kong or Guangzhou your best place for meditational centers would be Yoga class.

Alright mush this is my experience, for me I dont know what OSHO is, some Indian guy? Anyway for me the best form of meditation is under the corpse pose master this one then standing and last of all sitting meditation is the ultimate to master as the body needs to be soft and aligned.
I practice meditation and have done so for three years now. Meditation is the key to ignite and make stronger our spirit, then our spirit seeks with a some what easier state without much regret, questioning or resistance in doing what you are meant to do, to trust. In exiting a scheduled induced state of meditation one builds up intention and energy which bathes the organism for sometime after the meditation. As it bathes it inspires and the sub conscience gets a lead and break through to act out and so you continue with reduced effort and increased awareness to the next stage of your life. The sub-conscience is your deeper sense of who you truly are individualy. As you  culminate your practice it eventualy merges into one big meditation which you  do naturaly without thinking about it throughout the day.
Start with your muscles make them soft by smaking them not very hard, then exercise , use stretch methods, yoga, Tai Ji. Exercise gently to start  then you will heat up and break up your sessions with the meditation this will further guide you and you will not need to force the motivation it will be aroused in time. This will make your body stronger and capable to move into a deeper state as it is cleaner and stronger both mentally and physicaly, good luck with your practice.

A:I'll give my two cents on the age part. It's not as easy but can definitely be done. I was 21, fresh out of university and landed my first teaching job in china as a homeroom kindergarten teacher on a pretty standard 20,000/month salary. I'm 1 year in now and am still happy. Pretty much all international kindergarten jobs on here want 2 years experience, but many will still accept if you have experience in your home country. With that being said, being white and having a nice looking face is much more of a decision factor in china vs the west, if you can- use it to your advantage. Good luck finding something! -- brinsleym
