Thats something I wanted to see done, asked about it but TIC. I saw it on TV and don't know how the guy ended up holding noodles in his hands, whether they cut part of the filming? They said it takes 8 years apprentice to learn to make noodles. I can make pasta from scratch, it took me 2 minutes to figure that out.

TedDBayer:

I'm writting about actual noodle making. The guy was spinning dough like a skipping rope, banged it on a counter, kept stretching it between hands and then there was handfulls of noodles.
