Q: Is there a complaint hotline for KFC in China?

Preferably somewhere online I can lodge a complaint?

Backstory: Whenever I can't decide where to eat or when I've had enough Chinese food and laduzi, I'll go eat at KFC.  Usually once a week or so.  I'll order something, and then add a box of their chicken nuggets (上校鸡块). Now it appears they are running some promotion on a new sandwich.  And for whatever reason, the only way you can get the nuggets is as an add-on to that sandwich (combo deal).  But my god, that sandwich looks terrible!  When I ask the staff to just give me the nuggets, it's like asking them to slit their own wrists....

Anyways, the nuggets are better at McDonald's....but I'd still like to let KFC in on just how "ma fan" their promotion is.

With all of the complaints and scandals involving China's KFCs, I am surprised anyone eats there anymore.  As for complaints?  I don't think there is any official channel that would actually do something with the information.

I have already give up eat at KFC.

At first, its not tasty anymore, the chicken quarters are terrible oily. those was almost the only i ate there. Second, all the stuff there, is more customized to chinese taste, means more and more only spicy stuff. So , bye bye KFC.

I wonder if KFC in the US cares about there reputation in China. I will probably continue to steer clear of them no matter what part of the world I am in.

Generally there is only a few places where you can actually complain in this country. Most places will tell you there is nothing they can do to help after a transaction has been completed (compared to back home where it is possible to complain about everything)

KFC in China is all franchise highly Chinese fast food based on the menu...but they pay a premium for the name.

Pogger is right....I have been to awesome Chinese chicken joints that serve better food for half the price.

I like KFC because the female workers all wear tight tops.
