Q: Is there a law against littering in Beijing?

Why is it that I haven't seen a law about littering in particularly in Beijing, China the capital. I have seen people throw the trash on the ground after they finish with their food. Does anybody know if there is a littering law in Beijing, China and what are the penalties?

i dont know about Beijing, China the capital of the Peoples Republic of China. where i live in Qingdao, China. in Shandong Province and home of Tsingdao beer. the most popular Chinese beer in the world. i know they have laws, but they dont get enforced.

its not like back where i come from. Arizona, U.S.A.! littering laws are enforced. you can even get a fine from a cop!

i am litter bug i like to throw my trash on the street. cop tell me to pick it up so i do i like to sleep in park cop want me to kick me out so i leave. my fine is that i am ok with this action i am fine thank you!
