Q: Is there a Lloyds TSB branch in Hong Kong? Or any other British bank for that matter?

So I'm gonna be spending a few days in Hong Kong after travelling around SE Asia for a few weeks. Basically when I leave China I hope to have enough cash on me to last for my SE Asia travels, and then take out some more when I get to HK to fund my HK trip (after which I will be heading to Japan).

I don't wanna have to carry loads of cash around SE Asia though am also a bit worried about charges if I withdraw money out from my British bank via HK. How would you do this? I also have a Chinese bank account so maybe just keep money in there and withdraw it when I get to HK?

Thanks users, thusers.

There is HSBC in Hong Kong, and 4 other UK Banks as I can see from the listing of all HK Banks:

I guess, it is better (cheaper) to hold money on Chinese bank, and get funds out in HK, than use UK Bank.
