Q: Is there public transport to the Longqing Gorge outside Beijing?

I'd like to go to the Longqing Gorge but like most people, don't have a car. Anyone know if there are any buses that take you there? I don't want to hire a black cab.

The bus only can take you in Longqing Gorge Station. It's about 100 kilometers from Beijing. The route is Bus 919 , landing at 石河营站 (shiheying station), then transfer to bus y15, landing at Longqing Gorge Station. Then you need walk 1.5 kilometers to reach Longqing Gorge. It takes about 6 hours. Sounds like impractical. I just got this from baidu.

A:Teaching English in China Requirements for 2022 (chinabyteaching.com) This link will answer your visa questions. There is NOT a requirement for two years experience to be a teacher in China.  If you come with your husband under a different visa, make sure you have all the required documentation to get a Z visa when you find a job in China. It will make your life much easier.  To work in China, you MUST have a Z visa and only a Z visa.  -- nashboroguy
