Q: Is there similar org. in USA as it is SAFEA in China? 'cmon ...

I was looking for the purchase of new shoes at 'BootAmerica', online retail store ... and I found the same shoes (as at producing Co.-'Lucchese'), at 'Boot' with some 20% discount, on the top of 5-10% discount for the first pair 'as soon as you register'.

'Boot' is the only online store, which delivers internationally, what was the reason I searched around the Internet. Lucchese is shipping only in USA.

'Boot' requires purchases with international deliveries settled over PayPal, but at 'check-out', PP option isn't available.

After my inquiry two weeks ago, 'Boot's' rep. promised 'PP invoice tomorrow', with which I'll be able to pay for the shoes and shipping cost to China.

My Chinese buddy opened his PP account connected to his CC, and I was ready to make a purchase.

Same pair of shoes were taken out of the Boot's online offer a day after promise 'PP invoice tomorrow', however my order is still pending on the web site.

'Boot' stopped replying to my email inquiries.

I am thinking, 'Boot' advertises some (high-end) products at heavily discounted price, but they really don't have/hold them, i.e. 'phony offer'.

How would you make 'Boot' deliver ordered shoes at agreed price?

I would go to a shop.  You might not get what you want, but at least you have boots on your feet.

Did you pay them any money? No,  So you have no grievance.

I didn't pay for the shoes at the time, because Boots didn't offer the way of payment for international deliveries. That's 'my grievance', and I want advertised shoes at the offered discount.

First, it got me going, because of 'show-off-ing' of high priced shoes on the website, but don't/can't deliver.

So, let me 'tell you something new' or answer my own Q:

'Yes .... there is an organisation in USA called 'my-Balls-are-Bigger-than-urs-Bureau' or officially 'Better Business Bureau', which asked only if my complaint can be published nationwide (LOLOLOL), after I sent them an email .... no LOLs pics here, but I am in laugh. 'nationwide' is funny in this context .... from China ...LOLOL

4 days after my email to BBB, I received 'PayPal invoice' and total amount (with shipping) I owned for the ordered shoes.

I am waiting for the delivery at the moment.

@tits: comments on eChina are disabled from Delhi. No smileys, either.

You all knew the answer mastards, but none of you would chip in. And, if you didn't know for BBB, you just learned something new from the 'expat-forever', he heheh.
I learned about BBB from J. Leno ....hehe. True, I promise!

Overly fair? You don't want to know for the price of the shoes. Discount at Boots (is what I am fighting for, hehehe) runs over US$250 ..... Boots gives one time discount of 25-30% as soon as you register and I must cover shipping to China (US$60).

There are other noble shoe houses, which sell the same shoes without discount and with 'shipping in USA', only.

Boots must show some 'honour' toward the top-shelf buyer .... SAFEA, I mean BBB made them respect it .... LOLOLO
