Yes, there is a noticeable taste difference.
Ergoutou is just plain vile and tastes like demon piss. Avoid at all costs.
Maotai tastes like expensive demon piss. Also avoid at all costs.
Baijiu is the only drink I know of that you can burp and still taste 3 days later.
