Q: There's a law against mobbing?
A German guy said colleagues isolate me called mobbing and there's a law in Germany against mobbing.
I wonder if everything he said is true.
Because isolating a colleagues happen a lot in many offices.
I highly doubt the reality of the situation is as terrible as you describe it. You're known to be very abrasive, and reactions to your abrasiveness don't compare to unprovoked mobbing. Consider that your colleagues might be normal people displaying normal reaction to your chosen behaviour.

I am tired of those petty little childish games, I just end it now. I treat them normally when comes to work cooperation with the graphic designer. I am satified with her work but still I think she should be gone, nothing personal, just she's distubring the office working enviroment, walking around, chatting,wtf, is she a child?
The assistant, maybe I was being too harsh on her. But let's make it simple for her work performance, she did not fill the customer information to the excel list as I requested after giving several notification, she refused to print the document for me while I requested for it, she has been here for 11 monthes, never made sales and did not try to make it, I found that she constantly did not answer customer's inquiries nor do not know how to answer them. She did not show her humility to learn when she did not have the related working skill. She failed the sales, the boss assigned her to follow the project of foreign customers, she failed again for lacking of proper project management expereince. Now she's asigned to follow the project of chinese customers, well, now the boss told me he's satified with her chinese project management. She fits the boss's expectation, but not to me, we all know, most chinese companies lack of good business management system, for sure she fits the lower level, but she does not pass my evalution level.
The 3D drawing guy said that I do not love china for spending money in the US, I went mad and did revenge back by insulting him badly. Latter on I frgure maybe this guy is truly joking, because he was ssmiling while saying it. Maybe he just did not know how to explain to me to believe that he is joking. So now I still tried to greet him normally even he avoided to speak to me. No matter what happened between he and me now or in the future. I think this guy is a hardworking employee, he worked so hard and did overtime work everyday even, he did not speak a lot during working time. Speaking of professionalism, I respect him when comes to work. If I am the boss, I'll keep him and give him some salary rise and nice vacation.
But sorry the two girls, keep chatting loudly and laugh loudly to disturb working envirnoment during the working hours,that's the enough reason to get fired. Jezzzzz Can we just shut up and do the work quietly. If I am ever the boss runs my own firm, I am not going to allow that.Viki87:
The two girls even tried to chat more loudly for against me because they know I do not liek to get disturbed while doing onmy work. That is like kindergarden. The business owner really suck at management, he should now allow that. He came to our office yesterday and lay her whole body on the sofa right in front of us and tried to get the employees to chat with him. What a fool. He did not hire people to chat with him during working hours, by doing that, he did not earn good respect and did not give good example to employee to educate them how to behave during working hours. I'll never be a suck business owner likes him. But what can I say? The business owner himself is like that and no one can do anything to the two trouble making girls. The business owner even asked me to respect the graphic designer's vedio chatting life style during working hour. lol Big fool I have ever met in my entire life. I just laugh at him for being a loser and I'll leave his company soon after I saved enough fund and took several customers.
Never heard of that before but it could be a law I suppose. In Germany that is.

damn, this happen to me and I just ignored it and kept doing my job and not ass kissing, and of course smile and never let them know you care. I did not know I was victim of mobbing, maybe I should sue them, no, statute of limitations, besides I ended up buying the company and firing all of them. Karma is a bitch.

It was a unique situation, Americans, most of them live on debt , so the company had a constant cash flow problem, selling invoices daily at a discounted value (factoring the receivables), even kiting checks between accounts that had no money until funds would come in to bail out the current cash crunch at any given time.
So i applied to work at his 2 biggest customers and they naturally asked me why I wanted to leave. I told them he had gone through 5 accounting "controllers" in 3 years and I had a confidentially clause in my contract, but if they wanted to check the public state tax records for the company on the internet, they may understand why I am looking for another position. He was 18 months behind on sales tax payments and withholding taxes and so many companies are behind that the government collectors don't bother you until it is 2 years behind. I have sent checks to that state and they would sit on a desk 2 months before being deposited in the bank.
The two biggest customers offered to finance me running a company for the service because I was the only one that always promptly returned a call and never lies about a delivery. This was a service business, buying a product business would be more capital intensive. One of the two big customers had contacts at the state that squeezed him hard and the whole company went under, I kept the drivers and one manager, the oldest one that everybody wanted to fire when I was there, the only one that actually never gave me an excuse for something not getting done. His medical insurance at 62 years old was 1200 dollars a month for him and his wife but he was worth every penney.
