Q: Things that Chinese write about foreign country (Canada)?
I copied and translated this from a new friends QQ, some are cute:
-squatting pan can not be found,
-that the bike is riding in the vehicle lane, everyone around you,
-learned that people starve to death is against the law,
-learned that a woman can be very strong
-that the customer is God that is true
-the color of the lake can be sapphire blue
-inside the faucet flow out of the water is safe to drink
-McDonald's is a paradise for the elderly
-domestic hotties endless
-cold weather and the water is ice
-that any washroom has hot and cold water
-that many people are spending money to download movies and music
-people do not know is say hello
-the rich go out and play the open bus (large saloon cars)
-before we know what kind of car should allow pedestrians, pedestrians always the most NB
-learned that missing something basically be able to recover
-cars crushed bird is normal, crushing small animals to death is too normal
-squirrels like to eat French fries
-the treatment of persons with disabilities than the common good
-if you do not personally will never understand this country
Got any observations to add?
Some are interesting.We know women in west countries could be very strong when we were still kids,hehe.

another thread was about "you are very strong" actually is something Chinese people tell foreigners instead of saying "you are stupid, I cannot believe you are still alive after doing this"
does your childhood memory include anything as to why western women are strong ?

Through Hollywood films.Many west women in the movies act like men,some of them even have muscles,haha.

Well yeh, that's obvious, but the humour gets lost in the translation. My thinking is that a thesis ought to be more carefully constructed detailing the finer points Ted is making, in the hope of clarifying the pros and cons of each opinion expressed by those nips, and their experiences in Canada. Respectfully.

Oh hell I didn't know we were required to write thesis-level posts. Should we use MLA or APA cites? Too much work. I just write and post. Well I guess that rules me out!

She is not bad or I wouldn't be interested. She was super skinny which I like, but works in a Chinese restaurant kitchen and has filled out nicely. There are many nice Chinese girls in that restaurant.
my favourite thing is people coming and telling me things about my country that are not true!
