Is that really its true appeal with people turning to this in N.A. (mostly) and parts of Europe?
Is it used by the vegans and those who go out of their way to eat organic produce only? Do people turn to it because it's trendy to go green, and they mistakenly believe that TCM is all herbs and natural rainbows?

Great Question! I think it is trendy and probably more affordable for people. They like an alternative and Traditinal Chinese Medicine is that alternative they are looking for.
It's the new hip thing to do.
Scientific studies can't beat 5000 years of (voodoo) beliefs, am I right?
