Q: Traditional Chinese Zen music

I've been looking for good traditional chinese zen music, so I can practice meditation (in China, do as Chinese do!). But I can't find good one. I usually go to small store and say "zenzen" to the vendor, but he wouldn't understand. Yeah, sometimes it's hard to communicate.

So can haz anyone recommend me good Chinese Zen music? With name and everything, so it's easier to buy CDs... It would be of great halp!

The best traditional music I have found is produced by a Taiwan outfit called Wind Music. It is hard to find in the music stores here in China. You can go to the website and look at the catalog and get the Chinese to try at your local Music stores. I like the series called "flower music" most of them are good listening...

I was 21, fresh out of university and landed my first teaching job in china as a homeroom kindergarten teacher on a pretty standard 20,000/month salary. I'm 1 year in now and am still happy. Pretty much all international kindergarten jobs on here want 2 years experience, but many will still accept if you have experience in your home country. With that being said, being white and having a nice looking face is much more of a decision factor in china vs the west, if you can- use it to your advantage. Good luck finding something! -- brinsleym
