Q: training school problems.
you see i working in an new training school for 3 weeks its not bad it says in my contract i will i have 18 teaching hoursand no office hours but they keep on giving me office hours and extra work which is not in their contract yes i have only 6-8 lessons but anyways.
1. making me observe lots of an another new foreign teacher demos or demos for teacher assistants and classes when he came one week later than me i think repeating demos and observing is a waste of time do you think its a good thing or is it some punishment for bad teaching what does anyone think.
2.coming on tuesday wednesday friday to prepare lessons when it is stated in their contract no office hours for up to 5 weeks in total.
3. not giving me 2 days off together like mon/tue or thu/fri instead they give me mon/thursday im not happy about this ive asked them but they say were busy it is not possible.
does any suggestions or ideas ive only been there for 3 weeks how to tell them or complain so i get rid of these office hours and repeating observing demo rubbish or should i wait until the end of the 1st month or 2nd month hope somebody help me or give me advice on this issue so i can resolve this issue.

If you have Z/Residence permit and Foreign Expert Certificate, you can contact SAFEA for Contract violations.
Ask your manager for SAFEA's address. School will change their demands after you mention SAFEA. It is the same office, where you get your FEC.
Find another School, which must be able to extend your RP.
It may have something to do with your English skills.
