Hello friends, I am working as teacher for an academy (I am not teaching English). This academy provided me work visa, work permit and foreigner expert certificate. I have enough time for two jobs and I got a chance for work as Spanish language proofreader with an internship contract.
This is legal?

No, not technically , but a large number work two jobs.
My best guess is if for some reason you did get busted, they would already be much nicer as you are not an illegal, and you just tell them i have a work visa for this company and i still work there, im just interning here as well. Im not allowed two visas so what would you like me to do???
Im fairly positive youll be more than fine. Chances of getting caught are slim to none anyways. They usually spend their time going to the English mills, not gonna find your office.
I had a.....similar experience i guess. I was working for one company a few years ago and it ended very well and i still keep in touch, anyways instead of cancelling my visa they transfered it to my new company to save everyones hassle. Except when i went to the PSB in shenzhen to do it they told me to wait, i still had alot of time and they could do it when my visa was ending. The point is i was working at one place with a visa for another place with no connection between the two and they knew and couldnt care less. They just cared i was legal.

Why would good A be 'down-voted'? And another A, who refers to 'down-voted' A is 'up'? Do you have enemies?

@icnif77 i have not the slightest clue what you are talking about.

haha, I forgot where I heard this line; "Doesn't everybody.?" (Work two jobs or side jobs)
icnif77:
I had to run to the classroom.
Eort was referring to your reply, and got 1 'up', and you had 1 'down' & 1 'up'. It was very funny, because at the time Eort's reply was 'better' than yours, and he is/was referring to your reply.

I wasn't blaming anybody for 'down', but I assume, one uses 'down', because she/he doesn't like or agree with reply, not because one doesn't like poster.

Technically you need the employer that sponsors your visa to authorize you to do other work. This can be added to your contract. But in reality, see Mike's advice above.
Mike is right, I work at one place (my full time job) with a working visa from another place (a business I am part of), the PSB is perfectly aware of this and they don't give a fudge.
Actually my visa is from Haizhu's PSB in Guangzhou and I work in Changcheng Foshan, so even different cities are okay.
I have been in the same situation : academic in China, that academic job was associated with the stay permit/visa. But, I did consultancy on the side : for the 2nd job, I was billed as a consultant. Technically, it wasn't a job position I filled, just a temporary service I gave. I asked the university dean if it was ok to do consultancy on the side : as far as it does not impact my job, he said it was ok. *All* my colleagues did consultancy on the side, which is not surprising with the income & free time academics can get. Why I couldn't if my colleagues could ?
It worked out without a fuss, and all legal authorities couldn't say they did not know and it was all hidden. It was for a company within a technology part that got all benediction from city gouv., province gouv. and Beijing, it was R&D in a hear-marked sector, so I think it helped to avoid administrative problems.
