Q: Typically Chinese food product I can send home
I know that different people have unique tastes especially when it comes to food, but have you discovered something typically Chinese I can send home, with medium-high degree of probability that they would actually touch it?
mifan is the most famous, traditional Chinese food.
Everybody loves mifan back home, just not that often.

米饭 mi fan is cooked rice. How can you send that anywhere and who is going to get poisoned by old cooked rice gone toxic by the time it arrives?
Have you carried out any research regarding the carrying or sending of food commodities overseas? I recommend that is your starting point in this project.
