Try any other SAFEA's email address on the web link, and ask for the Fujian's SAFEA email address.

From the official website http://www.safea.gov.cn/

this link (stunning design)

http://fujian.caiep.org/

and on the bottom

Obviously I can't attest whether this is valid or up to date, but that's the best I could do. Note that it's not called SAFEA.

icnif77:

I was using Fujian SAFEA's email 87833900@163.com in August, but OP's telling me email isn't valid anymore. I got that email address by calling the ph. no. first, and speaking to the officer. I sent her short text today, and I'm waiting for officer's reply. Will update.

Honestly, administrations never answer e-mails, ever. They also hardly pick up the phone.

Go in person.
