Q: Using EMS to send package overseas. How to do it? Do they come to your house to pick up?

Hi all, I would like to send small packages from china to overseas using EMS, I want to send on a regular basis and do not want to go to the post office everytime. Has anyone here used EMS to send packages internationally? How did you do it? Do you call them and come to your house to pick up the package? Are there other delivery company that does pick up from your house and delivers overseas? Thanks

i suggest you call them (have a chinese speaking friend on standby), and ask them all the questions you have.

I have used DHL to send things home and they came to my apartment - i had a local friend with me in the event of needing a Chinese speaker

EMS is part of China Post. I have sent a few packages back home and always had to go to the post office to do it. My wife checked it out and they do not do home pick up as they check everything you send and parcel it up in their own boxes there. I suggest another courier, not UPS though.
