Q: Visa/Residence permit after graduation

Hi, I'm a student in one of university in Beijing, and soon I'll be graduated.

 

And I absolutely WANT TO STAY to work here. at least to find one which can support me a working visa.

 

But my STUDYING RESIDENCE PERMIT would end right after my graduation!! WHAT should I do?

 

I Won't have enough time to search for a job! HELP!!

I think you can convert your student visa to an L visa valid for 30 days. It's best to check with PSB or Exit/Entry authorities. However, do note that visas are hard to come by within China and/or HK. You may have to go back to your own country to get the right visa. Meantime, you should look at the job market and decide what you want to do.
