Now I live in science museum but want to change this house.so have one problem, this house agreement is 1 year but we live here 6 month.please tell me Is it possible to Change this house?
Normally the landlord would expect you to find someone to take over the rent/contract. Why? Because your landlord won't want to pay another agents fee or lose money while the apartment is empty. You might also not get your deposit back.
Easiest thing is to just walk away but you will not get your deposit back.
Your landlord is the person to ask. No different from any other country on Earth.

You can get your deposit back if you find someone to move in on the same day you move out.
Otherwise kiss good bye to your deposit.
And yes you can get deposits back in China, not every landlords are jerks, anyway if you didn't break anything in your apartment and stay until the end of the lease they must pay back your deposit, otherwise you can still destroy everything in the apartment before moving out and flood it thus resulting in mold and probably higher repair costs than your deposit, so you are even with jerky landlord.

yeah I never lost a deposit over 3 apartments in my years here. But then I never played any games with it.
have heard some horror stories thought
just gotta be careful who you rent from. If it's a normal guy whos just looking to get some money back on his investment who won't trash the place they'll take good care of you.
if its some crumb bum who supports 4 adults on your rent who think they're too good to work cause they lucked into a house they're gonna fuck with you.
On the other hand the OP lives at the science museum so maybe he had bigger problems.
