Q: way to propose?

how do you propose to Chinese girls? You buy her ring? Ask her parents? Do the pelvic thrust?

Maybe you can build her a Lego dream house, and include her parents in the design. That's something they will all be proud of, and welcome you into their family with open arms (and legs)
