Q: Weirdest person you ever saw on Chinese street?

I don't know if it counts as a weird 'person' exactly, but there is a guy in the street where I live who walks his duck every night. It's a fairly busy street but every single night, there he is, strolling casually down the street with his duck paddling along beside him. He calls to the duck and the duck waits, or he calls to the duck and the duck comes to his side. I always find that 'pretty' weird.
There's a shopping district in Hohhot that has a girl w/ the same size limbs and she walks like a dog to get money.

You're going to cringe at me then. I already have the beard and I'm on the look out for one of those Chinese style jackets, I think they're cool! However, as I've said elsewhere, I am the age where I don't care about fashion or others thoughts of me.

The ones I am thinking of are worn without a shirt, (or at best only a t-shirt beneath) and fasten all the way to the neck, however they are fastened not with buttons through holes but by loops. They are at least finished in silk if not entirely made of silk, and the length varies from waist to bottom of the buttocks. I think they are called a cheongsam (same as the name for the women's garment).

What I meant is when Westerners wear the entire outfit, including the hat and all like Da Shan. It just makes me cringe!
Now, if you are wearing a shirt, like the one you are illustrating, then that is cool.
Naturally, you could also tell me to "take a long walk on a short pier" after all, what anyone wants to wear is none of my business.

That fat guy whose photo is hanging in every shop and has pubic statues everywhere looks pretty weird to me, but then again, so does George Washington. Wooden teeth! What's up with that?!
there is a guy in Shenzhen who I find fascinating. I am not making fun of him. I just wish somehow we could learn more about him. the best way I can describe him in one word is Feral.
he looks in his 30's, extremely shaggy hair, rag clothing, no shoes, again I'm not making fun of him but you can tell he basically never bathes. every time i see him he is digging in rubbish bins,, I'm certain that is how he gets his food. he is totally shunned, I have never seen anyone even look at him. he is amazing i think. must be what we label as mentally ill.
I have seen a million bums, as have we all, I am not describing a bum. This dude has an air about him. Feral homo sapien. I didn't even know there was such a thing.
In Guilin, there was this expat who would yell at prostitutes and call them names. I dont know if he still does it.
