In Guilin a few years ago: Head on collision between two motorcycles. Both drivers could see each other, and just a one degree turn would have been enough to not hit. But neither one budged, though they did slow down. They continued to stare at each other as they slowed down. Finally, at like one inch per h our both front wheels "bumped" each other. As soon as contact was made, both started yelling at each other....
