I believe there are western doctors in Guizhou, Sichuan, Qinghai and Xinjiang but they are north-western doctors.
Not personally but there are a few "expat" medical centres in Guangzhou that employ real foreignerland doctors
quite a few practicin' in g'dong atleast. sightd advts in thatsprd n expat sites.
Zhuhai Kowloon Hospital has or has had, they don't seem to last long, and I have yet to meet someone who has used them.
