In the Ningbo area, does anyone know where the Western style clothing factories are located, not Youngor and other chinese brands etc.??

per WTO agreements, you will still have to pay the fair market value of the clothing items, BUT if you happen on some mom and pop biz that deals with factory rejects (due to very minor defects with the items in question), and/or they were "5 finger discounted" from the factory by family/friends...well then, happy shopping!
