Q: What are the best local brands of milk?

I will probably not be anywhere close to a western style supermarket, and I've heard so many horror stories I'd like to have an opinion from those who have been around here a while.

Best brands that are safe and tasty? I might also want to froth the milk for cappuccinos.

Out of curiosity, anyone know which milk Starbucks and the western chains use over there?

I do not trust any brand of local milk, I also have heard to many horror stories.  What I do use is a Nestle powder milk, and almost one pound can (yellow and blue) sells for about 85 Rmb (also sacks sell cheaper, around 40 Rmb), and I do mix with water to make milk as needed.  I bought me a glass pitcher with lid (many restaurants have it to serve water to customers) and I make one almost every second or third day.  If you want to froth it, get the one "whole" not the "fat free", it does froth better.
