Either written or spoken, there are a bunch of them and seems like all of the chinese guys/girls had the same teacher who taught the same mistakes. Some of them may be due tongue problems perhaps.

Saying 'uh' instead of 'a'. Although that is common amongst others as well the one's that aren't too familiar with the language. Is it: It's 'uh' cat! Or Is it: It's 'a' cat!
Chinese urally make no mistake. Having the perfect English grammaticals from the China teacher.
Usually, the most common English mistakes come from non-native speaking teachers. Just saying...
he / she confusion (same sound in Mandarin)
over use of the Present Simple for things happening now, should really use the Present Continuous.
take / bring
Third Person 'S' in the Present Simple.
'y' sound as in YAcht compared to the 'R' sound as in Run
