Q: What are the most/least dangerous jobs in China?

It seems to me that every week I hear about some coal mine accident somewhere in China, so I think this would be one of the most dangerous jobs here. I think teaching would be one of the least dangerous jobs, unless you are a foreign teacher who likes to talk about the taboo topics in class.

What do you think are some of the most and least dangerous jobs in China?

Most dangerous: installing air-conditioners.

Least dangerous:.............'selling' air-conditioners.

Scandinavian:

I disagree on the least dangerous. When you are in a selling job, you have a constant risk of the person buying the air-cons from you, going postal (what is the Chinese version of "going postal") on you, or even sneezing some avian flu onto you.

Most dangerous - I am not sure. Working in some dodgy fireworks factories could be quite dangerous. In fact anywhere that explosion risks might be a problem. I bet they don't even operate non smoking policies.

Least dangerous - The folk that work in the parks during winter time sticking pink paper flowers to bushes to make them look attractive.

mArtiAn:

Actually that pink, paper flower job can be rather a dangerous one. I saw someone doing it last year and I flung a rock at him.

  What!? I was bored!
