Q: What are my chances of finding a job in China?
I am a 32-year-old Colombian woman, a native Spanish speaker with proficient English language skills. I hold a Diploma in Graphic Design from Brisbane TAFE and have completed a photography course. My professional journey has encompassed a broad range of experiences in the hospitality industry. I began as a waitress and progressively advanced to the role of General Manager. Additionally, I have worked in call centres as a customer representative, with some sales responsibilities, and served as a Business Class flight attendant for Qatar Airways. I am keen to explore opportunities in either the hospitality or marketing field.

I'd say, in Hospitality, you should be a fluent Mandarin speaker ... and there are plenty of domestic Chinese, who can do that better and cheaper than you.
Majority of Chinese don't understand and speak English or any other foreign, out-of-China language. Mandarin is the king in China ...
Marketing it might be more suitable field as I assume, you would promote and sell Chinese products to the foreign market.
Looking for a job is very personal matter or in other words, nobody can advice you on finding a job anywhere in the world.

with no Chinese your salary expectations would be VERY low in any of the industries you have outlined.
That is the reality.
There are many other countries that would provide better opportunities for work with your experience.
Also you would experience some degree of racist behaviour from Chinese locals.
