Q: What are the popular online job search sites for foreigners?

eChinacities.com provides a comprehensive platform and content for foreigners to look for jobs and creating a virtual community for interaction.  I wonder if there are other similar websites around.  I noticed some sites have 'job offers' dated  back in 2014.

Hope get some replies from you guys! Cheers!

What types of jobs are you looking for?

For non-teaching try www.51job.com. That can be searched in English.

indeed.com.cn is like a Kayak for jobs, it searches other sites for you.

Also, some chamber of commerce websites have a job search page that their members can post on. American and German for example.
