Looking for general purpose sites, as well as some that specialise in one or more of the following: reading, writing, speaking, listening, pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar.
Also, what are some of the best features of the sites?
EDIT: CALL (Computer-assisted Language Learning) and CMC (Computer-mediated communication). Online learning.

You once told us that your job is training people in pursuit of a TESOL certification. As such a teacher, you should be the one to know, and to create such content for your students who are hoping to learn how to become better teachers.
Far be it from me to turn away a prospective teacher! Personally, as an illegal, unqualified and unskilled English teacher, I use the following pages on the same site:
http://www.tefl.net/esl-lesson-plans/
http://www.tefl.net/teaching/teaching-tips.htm
http://www.tefl.net/esl-lesson-plans/teachingtips.htm
http://www.tefl.net/esl-lesson-plans/esl-activities.htm
Give the website a go. It's probably the best site I've ever seen on the subject to date.

That is a teacher oriented site. CALL (Computer-assisted Language Learning) and CMC (Computer-mediated communication) are student oriented sites, or online learning.
