Q: What are some must eat things in Fujian provence?
I love trying regional foods from around China. I like making list of foods to try and checking them off. So please help me create one for Fujian.

Hong cha, best black tea I drunk in China.
They also sell black ducks. I'm not sure are they cooked already, or that's raw.
Must be something with black color in 
Fujian.

Ask if they have a local noodles. Most provinces and many cities have noodles that are better than all the others.
