Q: What are some weird signs you've seen made here?

I saw this one 8====D? What is that? I saw that sign on a couple of websites and just curious why people were putting that particular sign up! Can anybody let me know what it is or why someone would keep adding it? I could send you the link if you want.

Above each urinal in the Chengdu airport's WC's is a placque with a drawing of a panda and the words (in Chinese and English) "Please Aim Carefully"
