Q: What are the Top 10 IT companies in Beijing which are recruiting foreign employees?
Since I am new here in Beijing, I dont know from wherre to start to apply for job. I have completed Master Degree in IT and have two years experience in Java Programming.

please, use Bing, Baidu, or yahoo search before you ask stupid question here...
Here are some come off my head. Baidu, Sohu, Youku, and some other are in Shenzhen. But seriously, you are better off find a job in the US with what you have now. Try Google?
You should be able to find a lot of the big IT companies in Beijing on thebeijinger.com.
Otherwise a few that I have worked for in the past include Symbio, Neusoft, Lionbridge, and VanceInfo. There are plenty of other big companies around as well and these can include Baidu, Soku, and many Chinese rip offs from foreign companies. Most of these are located in or around Zhongguancun (中关村).
I kind of feel sorry for the guy (OP). He's probably some Chinese guy who thinks this site is a magical Answers page. Sorry to bust his bubble.
