I'm not talking about political stuff, nor am I interested in "kill someone, sell drugs, etc.." so please, don't bother.
I'm talking more about the stuff we might not know about, stuff that's regulated or that you might need a permit or a paper of some kind to carry out.
For instance, apparently no one is allowed to interview anyone else down the street if you don't have a permit of some kind.
You aren't allowed to gather in groups of more than six to independently tackle a social issue (I've heard) So, let's say you have a crime issue on your block, you can't start a neighbourhood watch.
