Q: What are you looking forward to the most in 2012(Year of the Dragon)?

So, what's waiting for you in the year of the dragon? Are you expecting anything big, do you think your luck is about to turn around? What differences do you expect the year of the dragon will bring to you as opposed to this years, year of the rabbit?

The idea the me and you get to spend an entire year together, better understanding one another.  Or how the world is gonna end in Dec.... I don't know, it's kind of a toss up.

2012 is just another year, nothing special.
I don't buy into superstitious crap anywhere, especially China.
But people love distractions, and a belief that things will be better, so I can't fault the Chinese people for thinking this way...I just don't buy into it.
What would happen if I gave all my friends in China 44rmb for new years?

Becoming neighbors with you and Ivy. Will you show me around and share with me your vast knowledge of Beijing, China? And we can tell stories from back home.

I'm looking forward to my trip to Japan in January. I haven't ironed out all the details yet, but I'm starting to get excited about it. It's one of my reachable dreams.

mattaya:

Wow! Your luckY! That's one of the places that I need to go..I'll probably try to go there next year...got plans to go somewhere else now..If your going by yourself just watch out for Ichiro..he's a bad guy!

I'm curious to see how the Chinese can make Dragons horrifically cute, in a kind of ugly way. Last year already ruined tigers for me so I'm really looking forward to this.

mattaya:

They've already started putting out dragons..check some local stores perhaps a walmart or a game place.

Anxious to see which movie was right! "Knowing" (Nicholas Cage) or "2012" (John Cussak).
