you missed much details in it, salary for what job ? salary always depends on your experience , qualification, cets, any english language certificate or qualification or any previous experience foreigner company's production item and many more things as well. i have seen it and observe it in china girls who are beautiful are given importance in salary, invitation in company parties. you know its not american or singapore society to be based on merit talent. its china... you got the rules in it.

if you are a salesperson i wouldnt want to know the salary i would want to know how much commision i can make if you are a good sales person u work on commision if you arnt a good salesperson and looking for a salary you should find another line of work
