Q: What is the best quality of Chinese?
your question is quite short and i am not too sure what you mean. Can you please add more detail to your questions? (not only this one........)

Stupid, over-general question! But if I were to answer I would say their hospitality towards guests.

I disagree that their hospitality is only for foreigners. I've witnessed Chinese people fretting about Chinese friends visiting from other provinces first hand. One co-worker booked her friends into a hotel and wouldn't let them pay; she took them out to dinner every day and even took a day off work to show them around.
I think the Op is a brilliant example.

People are friendlier towards me as a foreigner than they are towards foreigners back in England, but that's more a matter of economics I guess. In England everyone's worried about Poles stealing their jobs and that. Here i'm offering a service (English teacher) most aren't able to offer. But on the whole I do find people very decent towards me. In eight years i've not found the need to tell anyone to "Back the f**k off!" Although i've come close to it once or twice with people behaving intrusively towards my son with their cameras. That gets my back up a bit, but it's pretty harmless. Nope, for all my piss-taking, I still like the Chinese, otherwise I simply wouldn't stay.
Chinese people are the best period. In everything imaginable. China makes the best phones, cars, movies, aircraft carriers, baby milk, cheese , bread , pizza, coffee you name it.
Chinese families are truly loving and caring. Chinese made goods are of the highest quality the world has ever seen.
Chinese people are the kindest people in the world. They kind enough to treat people who do not look like them but are living in China, as if they are guests. They are even kind enough to remind these people that they are foreigners, by saying "laowai" or "waiguoren" every single time they see one. even if they see the same guy 14 times in an hour.
Chinese people are so smart, they invented TCM which is 100% effective and cures everything. They invented all the inventions that led to other inventions. They were the first people on this planet and created all the other people. And they discovered and claimed all of the earth before we even existed. but they are so gracious and magnanimous that they allow us to live in our countries. but they are also kind enough to remind that we are the outsiders in our own home countries, by calling us "laowai" when they visit our countries.
Chinese men are the biggest and greatest lovers in the world.

Yes, Chinese appreciation of sarcasm and irony is their best quality.
Fresh ingredients cooked simply with very little oil and no damn salt. Or msg. Chillies are fine.
Is Xinjiang food included? If so, that is.
They share a lot. My neighbor shares his conversations. my other neigbor shares her kid screaming. my other neigbor shares her dog barking. my colleagues share their phone conversations, people on bus share phone conversations. fat guy shares his sneezes with neighboring cities, other fat guy shares his cig smoke and even leaves butts as gifts! and other fat guy shares his hacking guts up and spitting. they are really very considerate people.
Being able to not give a damn about anything, apart from their own personal goal.
The best part about the Chinese is that their way of life has given me a new appreciation of western life.

Couldn't agree more, I am so proud to know how to behave in public places, how to dress and match clothes properly, how to control my voice volume, how to be productive during my free time instead of sleeping/watching dumb dramas on tv as most Chinese do, ... and many other things that are basic to us but unknown to locals.
