It will truly depend on your taste for wines.  I do enjoy dry wines, with a little bit of fruity flavor (not much), either red or white, as the occasion demands.  I do hate a wood flavor on some of the wines, for my taste too strong.

I have found some excellent Chinese wines in the 50 to 80 Rmb range per bottle.  Some from Great Wall, some form other vineyards with name in Chinese and I have no idea of it.  But most of them do say in small letters in English "red or white dry wine".  From abroad I have found some excellent red dry wines here under 200 Rmb, like Mouton Cadet (French), Casillero del Diablo (Chile), etc.

My suggestion to you is to buy one bottle and try it.  Ignore anything under 50 Rmb, maybe good for cooking.  That is what I have done it.  If I like it I will buy more, if not, I use as condiment for cooking.
