My company is at Holland, and I shall be working here in Shanghai. Can anyone suggest me what would be the best way to receive my salary from Holland's company? Any Banks or Paypal or any ideas??

Best thing to do is find a bank back home with a low, or better yet zero, charge for taking money out abroad. Don't know if Holland has a bank like that but England does. If you transfer the money from your Holland bank to a Chinese bank, there's a charge. I know for my bank its 20 pounds no matter how much you transfer. It actually works out cheaper if I just use my bank card here and take out as much as I can at a time. That way you can get RMB straight away.
western union, money gram or coinstar money transfer, u can ask the bank to give you the cash in foreign currency but i will advice u to use RMB when in china just to avoid being cheated

ot create an account with the HSBC or merchant bank of china and give your bank account to your company home, they can transfer the money to you here trough your bank account
I usually stay with French people, they go to our Chinese bank and apply a normal card, so he can get Euro from Europe and change into RMB here...
It's easy and less cost than western union ...
Western Union and many banks are agents for that service like ABC snf China Post Bank.........Good Luck
