I’m partial to Italian food so I think Barolo Italian restaurant is the best western restaurant in town. It is a small place, but quaint, kinda expensive, but the food is authentic. Another great western restaurant in dalian is Provence French Restaurant. Go for the steak, escargot, and seafood soup.

A:It happened to me, once ... in 2014 or 15 ... Plane from RP city (Tianjin) had a delay and I came to the exit (Luohu) some 7 hours after the RP expiration day.I had an excuse, but still I was put in a side office for some 3h and then cops had a short talk with '.. and make sure, it will never happened again! ..' and I was let go without anything on my record. At least, at new Z visa reentry nobody ever mentioned anything about delayed exit. However, I had a bad feeling at following Z visa application ...It's wiser to exit at least a day ahead of the RP expiration day. -- icnif77
