Q: What is the best why to send presents back home?

I have a bunch of Christmas presents to send to family. What is the cheapest (but also most reliable) way to send stuff home.

Go to China Post, send things by SHIP (Large boat). They can send anything for it'll take some time to reach your family. But dirt cheap...

Fast and expensive is UPS or EMS with must have tracking numbers.

smoglife:

Chinapost it is. Thanks. I've made my family believe that nothing can be done on time here, so they expect things to be late. If xmas presents arrive on time I'll be found out and suddenly they will expect much better communication from me.

The best why is No Why?

Failing that, ironman510 is spot on.

I think he or she meant: "best way", not "best why", it was a simple typo on his or her part.

Surface mail is cheap, but it's getting late to send now. Does your family celebrate Ukrainian Christmas? You should ship air mail or better.
